Agricultural Vendors (Farms, Ranches, Orchards, Nurseries & Apiaries)
Vendors must be from Douglas County or the adjoining counties of Klamath, Josephine, Curry, Coos and Lane. Agricultural vendors may sell their products without being juried, and must adhere to the federal, state and county rules and regulations (sanitation, safe sampling, marketing, weights and measures, etc.) and provide all relevant licenses, certifications, permits and proof of liability insurance.
Bakeries, Prepared Foods & Beverages
Must meet all state and local health regulations. Prepared food vendors must have and provide all permits and licenses relevant to their products (Temporary Restaurant Permits, Bakery License, Domestic/Commercial Kitchen Licenses, Food Handler’s Certifications, etc) and liability insurance. Copies of required documents must be submitted upon acceptance and kept current. Food vendors are required to adhere to all federal, state and county regulations (sanitation, labeling, weights and measures, content, etc.) of their products. Anticipate random and unannounced inspections by local officials and market management.
Craft Vendors
Prospective craft vendors are required to have their products reviewed by the UVFM Jury Committee, with consideration for hand-made, unique, quality products and locally-sourced materials, as well as the market’s current proportion of crafters to food and farm vendors. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for craft applications to be juried and include pictures that best represent your product offerings to help us understand what you will be selling. If accepted, craft vendors must also obtain liability insurance and follow all federal, state and local regulations.
Non-profits and Community Organizations are also encouraged to apply, with waived or reduced fees!
